Cancelling an Order

In accordance with the UK Consumer Protection regulations, you are within your rights to cancel any order deemed as a distance order (this includes telephone and internet orders) within seven working days from receipt of goods. Should you wish to cancel a confirmed order, please write to us, contact us or telephone us in the first instance with your instruction to cancel.

If your order has already been despatched, you must return the product(s) to us in their original packaging, undamaged and unused at your own expense within seven working days of receipt of the items.

As you are responsible for returning the product(s) to us we cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit and therefore the items must be insured.

We are entitled to deduct from any refund we offer, the cost of any parts missing or damaged, and a 30% restocking fee will apply if the goods have been fully unboxed. We do not accept any returned items that have been used.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase(s), we will only refund the original price of an item (less original carriage) or send you an exchange, if you advise us within 7 working days from receipt of goods (see Cancelling an Order) and if the goods are returned to us within 28 days in an unused and resaleable condition.

We regret we are unable to refund the cost of postage, packaging or insurance.

In the unlikely event that any of your goods do arrive faulty or in damaged condition, please advise us immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse our services to any prospective client.
