The delivery costs included cover UK Mainland deliveries only. If you are outside of this area please let us know so we can check the feasibility of sending your product(s) and advise you of the revised cost.
Our aim is to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. Unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering, your order should be received direct to your door within 3-5 working days.
All items within our online shop should be in stock. If not, availability information will be given within the product information or outlined by our advisers at the time of ordering.
All goods MUST be signed for upon delivery. In the event that no one is in, then the courier driver will leave a card. You should contact the courier directly to arrange an alternative time for delivery. You must contact the courier in the time specified on their card, or products will be returned to us and additional shipping costs may apply.
When your products arrive by courier, please sign for the number of boxes you receive and ensure that you check all boxes for visible damage. If you find any box to be damaged either do not accept it, or sign for it as DAMAGED. You must notify us before noon the next working day if there is any damage so that we can contact the courier to claim from their insurance. Failure to comply with this will mean we cannot accept liability for any damage.
Always sign for boxes as unchecked even if there appears to be no visible damage.
During busy times of the year, our despatch procedures may take slightly longer although you will be notified should your order be delayed.
